No one will successfully prosecute him or Cheney. They have been floating this stuff for eight years and would have done ANYTHING to impeach him but nothing was found and every commission has cleared Bush of wrongdoing in the legal sense. Yes there may be unsuccessful attempts but I trust they have the cash to take on the frivolous attempts that may occur. If I was either of them I would never take a pardon without defending myself. Integrity, honor and reputation are worth more than money.
