- I didn't have faith in my Drake Bulldogs after their loss to Butler last weekend so stayed away from picking them today. (They won by 16 and were
15-point favorites over Morehead State). Instead, I picked Appalachian State and thank goodness they finally prevailed in double overtime (87-84). This is
their second game and both have gone into overtime.
- Wake Forest trounced UNC-Wilmington, 120-88. The Demon Deacons were favored by 17.5 points but shot 57% to extend their lead.
- Clemson embarrassed Wofford with a 93-40 score (Wofford only shot 27% -- so maybe they embarrassed themselves.)
