What area of the defense is our greatest liability? |

I like what I see from Brock, Lawrence, Simmons, and Sherels. As the season goes on, what part of the defense will be our greatest weakness?

i still think even with the improvements we'll still see some give-aways from the DB's. Experience. I thought our play was pretty good Saturday yet we
still saw the big play.

D-line is the Key to Defensive Effectiveness | #2 | ||

The entire defense will work well if the d-line plays well. A good pass rush takes a lot of pressure off your DBs. A d-line that occupies the opposing o-line
frees up your linebackers to make plays and shut down the running game. Great d-linemen are invaluable. Did you see the havoc that one NIU defensive lineman,
English, caused for the Gophers? He was a huge factor for NIU.

You needed to have one other choice, the ever popular--- All of the above. We are still lacking in talent. Losing Cooper and Maresh was huge. The black cloud
hovers over Dinkytown.
