Should be an interesting series, I suspect MSU-M circled these dates after MN took two out three in last season's WCHA playoffs in Mankato. ============================ University of Minnesota Golden Gophers: Minnesota's Pride On Ice. National Champions: 1974, 1976, 1979, 2002, & 2003.

Posts: 1450 10/28/08 8:03 AM	Clearly it's all about making money as part of this showcase weekend with Duluth and St. Cloud playing in St. Paul as well, but if you're an Mankato fan, don't you feel kinda robbed that you have a "home" game against a team that requires you to drive about two hours while they drive about twenty minutes? People complain about the shaft Minnesota gets due to lack of respect in other sports, but men's hockey is certainly not one of them. Wear Gold. Arrive early. Be loud.

While I don't disagree with what you're saying, I'm assuming MN St had to approve the game being moved to St. Paul, correct?

I'm just assuming here, but I would bet MSU got a nice payoff for having the game in St. Paul. As a fan though, you would have to be feeling jipped.
