Great award for a great coach and person. As a former player I know how much all of former players, or anyone that has any association with the program for that matter, love and respect Rob. He deserve alot of recognition for what he has done for this program. As with all of the coaches in the program, he cares as much about how you grow as a person than as a player. A big Congrats for Rob. I know he isn't interested in leaving at this time is his career, but I would love to see him get an oppurtunity to become a Head Coach some day. He could turn any Big Ten team, or any team for that matter, in to a contender.
