the golden gophers conceivably could have been the big ten representative in the rose bowl several times during this time frame: 1927, 1934, 1935, 1936,
1937, 1938, 1940, 1941. anyone know what this big ten policy against bowl games was all about? that really sucks and seems insane to me! little help??
